When registering an Account, you agree to:

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All Account balances on ibayar88 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported deposit methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. ibayar88 reserves the right to modify the list of accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on ibayar88:

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Real-money funds are wagered before Bonus Funds in all circumstances.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Players using the ibayar88 Platform agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any Game;
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime;

ibayar88 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to forfeit balances associated with such conduct, and to report relevant activity to applicable authorities.

8. Game Rules & Fairness

All Games offered on ibayar88 are governed by individual game rules accessible within the Platform. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail in respect of gameplay mechanics.

ibayar88 uses Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. RNG systems are independently tested and certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. 10. Intellectual Property

All content on the ibayar88 Platform — including but not limited to the ibayar88 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images, and game content — is the intellectual property of ibayar88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ibayar88.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ibayar88's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the amount deposited by the Player into their ibayar88 Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the relevant claim.

ibayar88 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, interruptions, or security breaches. ibayar88 will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but excludes all liability for downtime caused by factors beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction.
